The presenter offers a different solution to improving the performance of her company.

  1. What were the weaknesses of this presentation?

The presenter is too quick, and it is hard to draw one argument from another. She delivers her speech as if it were a conversation. She did not connect with her audience at all (Donelson, 2016a).

  1. What was the most and least persuasive argument made? Why?

She argues that the transfers system is an innovative idea aimed at expanding business opportunities not only to their company by to the whole industry.

  1. What is your overall evaluation of this presenter?

Though she delivers all her points, it was not clear where the panel got to understand all of them.

The presenter is audible enough and has a catching introduction of what he wants to deliver (Donelson, 2016b).

  1. What were the weaknesses of this presentation?

Though the presenter seems well prepared, he is not confidence enough, and sometimes he seem to pause to grasp his next point of argument.

  1. What was the most and least persuasive argument made? Why?

He argues that a company dealing in a public relation cannot help in the transportation industry. In contrast such a company offer services across industries and does not require engineers to work in the transport sector.

  1. What is your overall evaluation of this presenter?

The presenter is a good public speaker. He explains his point thoroughly without a hitch.

The presenter is audible enough, and one does not have to strain to hear what he is saying.

  1. What were the weaknesses of this presentation?

The presenter does not introduce himself to the panel, and he skims his written presentation before moving out of the room. The audiences are left waiting for more, but all in vain and the presentation was too short (Donelson, 2016c).

  1. What was the most and least persuasive argument made? Why?

The presenter delivers the reason for transfer’s method in cutting the costs in his company.  Nonetheless, he does not offer a concrete evidence of the same other than the statements.

  1. What is your overall evaluation of this presenter?

The presenter did not apply the tenant of a good presentation.

Presenter #: 7th (STEVAN)

  1. What were the strengths of this presentation?

Steven uses visuals aids to support his delivery. She is concise of the big stage and move from corner to the next making sure she get the attention of all of her audience (Donelson, 2016d).

  1. What were the weaknesses of this presentation?

Though Steven is confidence in her presentation, she fails to argue well her four outline points of.

  1. What was the most and least persuasive argument made? Why?

Steven argues that one of the companies does not have a good transfer method without providing an alternative. Nevertheless, she points out that there is a technical issue that hinders the growth of industry.

  1. What is your overall evaluation of this presenter?

The candidate fairly delivers her presentation in a good manner.

  1. What were the strengths of this presentation?

The presenter lays making his point in a sequential manner. Through this, he ensures that he delivers the entire he prepared for the panel.

  1. What was the weakness of this presentation?

The presenter is not confidence enough. He hangs onto using clichés in his presentation. In addition, the presenter just keeps looking on one audience (Donelson, 2016e). This does not auger well with the other audience who seem left out in the presentation.

  1. What was the most and least persuasive argument made? Why?

The presenter argues the important of women in leadership. He is confidence of women taking a leading role in the big companies.

  1. What is your overall evaluation of this presenter?

In my opinion, the candidate presented all that was important but fails to utilize the stage and address the audience appropriately.
