A frequently repeated statistic is that 80-90 percent of a project manager’s job is communication. Whether or not that statistic is accurate, it is certainly true that a primary responsibility of a PM is communicating to project stakeholders, including your sponsor. Please read the PMI article, The Essential Role of Communications, which is part of your reading assignment, as well as this week’s textbook readings, to help inform your responses to the following questions:
