KOREAN SEAWEED SOUP (MIYEOK GUK)

1. Soak the dried seaweed in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes while allowing it to expand.

2. Put the sliced beef with the salt, black pepper and two table spoon of soy

source in a small bowl and mix them well.

3. Preheat a pot over medium heat (about 20 seconds).

4. Add the sesame oil into the pot and stir well with prepared seaweed and beef (about 2 Mins).

5. Depends of preference, add two spoon of the soy sauce and finely chopped garlic.

6. Add water and cover the pot and boil over medium heat until the meat is fully cooked (10-15 Mins).
