Explain one aspect of the Organizational Climate article that relates to earlier material. What was the relation and how is it important to the organization?

Read the assignments for this week and post an answer to two of the below questions no later than Thursday. In turn, later provide two responses to classmates’ answers no later than Saturday. Responses should be of substance, linked to assignments (citations, etc.) and comprise at least three or four.
These four postings are the minimum amount, should add value to the discussion, and should have citations to course material. Citations allow other students to link your comments to appropriate course material and understand more fully your point. Citations ensure discussion remains productive academically and moves beyond a simple exchange of opinions.
You will need more than four comments if you expect an A; citations for over four comments are not required. There is no credit for late postings.
For each discussion, you may earn up to 4 points. Grades are given in ½ point increments. Points along a given range represent:
4 Outstanding [insightful, new, creative and links course topics]

3 Very good [adds much value to discussion]

2 Satisfactory [adds some value to the discussion]

1 Poor [adds little if any value; represents opinion]

0 Unsatisfactory [adds no value, holds no academic content]
