The purpose of this assignment is to gain experience in writing case analyses in the form of a formal consulting report to top management.
In this assignment, we will focus on developing the following skills:

Writing a consulting report from the perspective of an external consultant
Writing case analyses (or consulting reports) that make proper use of the Introduction, Analysis, and Recommendation sections
Writing an Analysis section in a way that allows readers to anticipate all recommendations in the Recommendations section
Writing persuasive case analyses (consulting reports) that convince top managers to adopt recommendations
Using examples and citations to case facts to explain how asserted causes of a case event are the real causes
Writing sentences that begin with the sentence subject and have active verbs
Writing paragraphs in which all the sentences address the same subject
Organizing papers using section titles and subtitles
Organizing paragraphs into sections having the same focus
Writing case analyses that are concise and free of grammatical and spelling errors
