- 34.1 Contributions from the Psychosocial Sciences (pp. 1007-1013; 1013-1023- stop after Associative Learning)
- 34.4 Theories of Personality and Psychopathology
- Chapter 32 Normal Development and Aging
- Textbook: Psychotherapy for the Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse: A How-to Guide for Evidenced-Based Practice
- Chapter 5: Supportive and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy; pp. 249-257 (top of 257)
- Chapter 21: Psychotherapeutic Approaches with Children and Adolescents
- Textbook: Kaplan & Sadock’s Synopsis of Psychiatry:
- Develop a 2-3 page paper (minimum 300 words) on the still face experiment video writing about your thoughts/feelings/reactions. Then discuss how attachment impacts development using one of the developmental theories (Freud, Erikson, or Piaget).
- Use APA formatting throughout the paper, citations/references should be included. You may write in first person as these are your thoughts/feelings/reactions.
- When you’ve completed your assignment, save a copy for yourself and submit a copy to your instructor using the assignment submission page by Day 7 of the workshop.
