Page Count

There is no minimum order size. A single-page assignment qualifies the same as a 20-page research paper.
Every page you order accumulates toward your loyalty tier. Once a tier is reached, the discount applies automatically to all subsequent orders. There’s no manual redemption, no expiry date, and no minimum order required to use your tier rate.

Are there any hidden fees at checkout?
No. The price shown on the order form is the price you pay. Title page, reference page, formatting, plagiarism report, and AI-detection report are all included. No platform fee, no payment processing surcharge, no add-on charges are applied after you’ve confirmed your order details.

What is included in the price without paying extra?
Every order includes: a formatted title page, a reference/bibliography page, proper citation style formatting throughout the paper, a Turnitin plagiarism similarity report, an AI-content detection report, and unlimited free revisions for 14 days after delivery. None of these are sold as add-ons. You don’t need to request them — they come with every order by default.
How does the loyalty program work exactly?
Your total page count across all lifetime orders determines your tier. At 1–30 pages ordered, you’re Bronze (5% off future orders). At 31–100 pages, you’re Silver (10% off). At 100+ pages, you’re Gold (15% off). Your tier discount applies automatically — you don’t need to enter a code or claim it. You can see your current tier and page total in your account dashboard.
Discounts apply to the base order price. If you’re a Gold tier customer, you receive 15% off every future order regardless of deadline or academic level.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
Yes. If the paper doesn’t match your original brief after revisions are exhausted within the 14-day revision window, you’re eligible for a partial or full refund. You’re also eligible for a partial refund if we miss your stated deadline for reasons within our control. The full conditions are in our Refund Policy.
We apply the refund policy ourselves — you don’t need to escalate or argue for a refund that the policy covers. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
