2. Nature of Services & Academic Integrity
Custom University Papers provides academic writing, editing, and research assistance. The Products delivered to you are intended for **research, reference, and study purposes only**. We strictly prohibit the submission of our Products as your own work without proper citation or modification, which constitutes plagiarism and academic dishonesty.
Acceptable Use
- Using the Product as a model for your own writing.
- Sourcing citations and references for further research.
- Gaining a better understanding of a specific topic or format.
- Paraphrasing ideas with proper attribution.
Prohibited Use
- Submitting the Product as your own work for a grade.
- Reselling or distributing the Product to third parties.
- Using the Product for any illegal or fraudulent activity.

3. Order Placement & Payment
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the requirements (topic, page count, level, deadline). The Company calculates the price based on these parameters.
Pricing
Prices are determined by the deadline, academic level, and complexity. The final price is displayed before payment.
Payment Security
We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information.
Instructions
You must provide all necessary materials instructions upon ordering. Delays in providing materials may delay delivery.
4. Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. However, specific conditions apply for refunds to ensure fairness. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
100% Refund Eligibility
- Payment mistake (e.g., double charge).
- We are unable to find a suitable writer for your order.
- The order is cancelled before a writer is assigned.
- You cancel the order within 15 minutes of placement.
Partial Refund (50% – 70%)
- The order is cancelled after a writer has been assigned and started working (to compensate the writer).
- The paper is delivered late without prior extension agreement (excluding delays caused by lack of client instructions).
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- VAT or transaction fees.
- Disputes raised after the revision period has expired (14 days).
- Lower grade than expected (we guarantee quality, not specific grades due to subjective grading).
5. Revision Policy
We offer unlimited free revisions within **14 days** (or 30 days for large orders like dissertations) of the initial delivery date. Revisions are intended to align the paper with the original instructions.
Conditions for Free Revision:
- Initial instructions must not change.
- Request must be submitted via the “Request Revision” button.
- Specific feedback must be provided to the writer.
Paid Revisions
If you change the instructions (e.g., new topic, different sources, extra pages) after the writer has started or completed the work, a re-writing fee will apply. This fee varies based on the complexity of the new requirements.
